The whole Harvest Moon series of games is very addicting. This addition certainly doesn't lack that quality. With the addition of some new (weird) animals, it is a little more strange than the other games (the new animals are ostriches and silkworms), but it works them in well. Gameplay is smooth, load times are a little long, but not distractingly so. Sound quality is not very good, but it more than makes up for that in amount of addicting fun that the game produces. Heck, even my video game-hating girlfriend can't put the controller down after starting a game.
