This is one sweet looking guitar, but it fails in that it is NOT compatible with Rock Band. Only Activision axes are compatible and they are only currently available with the bundle. Or else wait for the Cross Play Guitar adapter due out sometime this year. It does play well with GH3 and I actually prefer it than the one bundled with the game. Monster Trux Arenas

I purchased the Monster Trux wii game for my husband for Christmas. We used the wii wheel with it. It took some getting use to the steering (you barely turn the remote, otherwise if you drive like a regular auto, you run into the walls and baracades). Petz Crazy Monkeyz

I wish I had seen the first review before I bought this game. Reading the description from the company, made this game sound like tons of fun.....NOT

This is a sorry version of webkinz. This game might be fun for 3 year old who likes to watch a monkey jump around and do nothing, but not for anyone over 5 who would like some content and action. There are also tons of glitches, and just bad mistakes.

I also thought I was buying a game more like Sims Pets 2, but that is not the case. You can feed your monkey,dress your monkey and play with toys with your monkey. We have not seen any other interaction with anyone else or monkeys. You can not decorate your house, or make anything personalized. We only played for about an hour, which was all my son could stand. He asked if we could return it for something else as it was "extremely" boring. Ugh, sorry...you cant return it once its opened. So now I have a 45 dollar coaster...yipeeee :)

Ear Force W3 Stereo Wireless Headphones

I bought these so that I could workout with the Wii early in the morning without disturbing my husband. They work well enough for that. The sound quality isn't the best and I have to be careful to not get too far away from the receiver or out of it's line of sight or I hear static.

The fit is ok and they are comfortable enough to wear for 30-45 minutes, but I wouldn't want to wear them longer, as they start to get uncomfortable. I do like that they stay on well, though.

Wii Premium Boxing Gloves

I was looking so forward to getting these but them aren't what I was hoping for. The controllers don't "fit" into the zipper pouch on the back side of the glove. The biggest fear I have is breaking the joystick on the nunchuck. I have to say that I wish I would have investigated further before making this purchase. The idea of what I was hoping for deserves the 5 stars but since I can't go all the way back and change it I will say it actually deserves about a 2 or 3.Buy Wii Premium Boxing Gloves!

Samba Maracas

I purchased these for my teenage daughter, who loves her Spanish class at school. I thought it would be fun to have these to go along with the Samba de Amigo game. The maracas make the game. I don't think it would be nearly so fun to play if you didn't have the maracas to play along. I just purchased a second set so we can have two players at a time. Other reviewers have suggested that they are not well built, but so far, we have had no issues, and they don't seem to be especially flimsy. I am very pleased with them. We have put batteries in, to use the lights function, but have not found that the lights particularly add to the maracas. They are fine without them. Buy Samba Maracas!

Geometry Wars: Galaxies

I think others have described this better than I can. If you like the pictures, you'll probably like the game. It's got a Robotron feel to the controls but you are in a Asteroids meets Tempest environment. A fun change of pace. As a bonus, the game lets you download the older arcade version to your DS which has good gameplay.

It doesn't seem to allow a Gamecube controller as a 'classic' controller option, and I don't like the feel to the Wii Classic Controller that I bought (too small and needs a modern grip); however, once you get used to the nunchuck/wii controler, they are every bit as good and seem to allow better precision to where you are firing. Also, you can have another person hold the other half of the controls for a different twist.Buy Geometry Wars: Galaxies!

Wii Rock Band Wireless Guitar

I love Rock Band. The peripherals are not quite as nice. They work fine but really do wear out relatively quickly. I have played the game using my own guitar and my nephew's guitar. His has more problems than mine because he is only 7 and he and his friends are rough on it. Mine took a beating from my older nephew, but still works decently. His whammy bar and overdrive sensor eventually quit working and the fret buttons got "sticky" somehow, hard to press. My strum bar doesn't work as well, and that's my only real problem so far. His guitar is only 7 months old and mine is 5 months old.

Pros:
1) I love the second set of frets. My hand is too small to comfortably use the large ones and I really like that during intense solos I can just tap the frets and not need to strum.
2) I love that the strum bar does not click (unlike on Guitar Hero). Some people complain that they don't know if the strum registers without the click, but to me it feels more realistic and you clearly know if it registered or not by looking at the screen. =)
3) I like that it is wireless and does not need a Wiimote inserted into it.
4) Lifelike size and look; it's much more realistic than the Guitar Hero one and I like its appearance.

Cons:
1) The fret buttons are __way too loud__ when you press them. It really detracts from playing.
2) The strum bar does not hold up well! My oldest nephew has only used my guitar a few times but he did some damage to the strum bar by strumming too hard. Whatever is inside to register the strum must have gotten damaged or worn off, because the down strum does not register nearly as well as the up strum. It caused me to miss significant amount of notes until I'd adjusted to strumming harder myself, which must only exacerbate the problem...
3) Sometimes the connection between the guitar and the dongle just stops working. And not as a result of inactivity; it just seems like there are a few bugs there. But it generally works just great for me.

Overall, I really just wish the fret buttons were A LOT quieter and the strum bar a lot sturdier. I am now hesitant to let my nephews use my guitar because it really is a fragile piece of a equipment and I cannot afford a new one.Buy Wii Rock Band Wireless Guitar!

WonderWorld Amusement Park

"WonderWorld Amusement Park" is the single most disappointing game that I have played on my Wii so far, and I didn't have high expectations to begin with. I have had fun with Carnival Games before, and was just looking for something silly and fun I could play with my wife when we weren't in the mood for something more involving.

Unfortunately, although it is listed as "1-4 players", that isn't quite true. Only the single-player "Story Mode" gives you access to the entire thirty games available. The Co-op stage only lets you play five games, about two of which are worth playing more than once. There is a simple shooting gallery (nothing moving though), a frog-fishing game, whack-a-mole, an incredibly dull game where you move a hoop along a cord and one more that was so boring I can't even remember it.

As the single-player, you can spend time unlocking the rest of the games, which are mainly variations on the original five games. For instance "Whack-a-Ghost" instead of "Whack-a-Mole," but odds are you aren't going to want to waste the time. Better to spend you time and money on something more entertaining.Buy WonderWorld Amusement Park!

Alvin & the Chipmunks

The other negative reviewers are right. This is a really crummy game, just the same motion again and again. The Chipmunks music is fun, but there isn't any real interaction with the characters, and all you do is push a button on the wiimote or the nunchuk as a star passes a target. My 9 year old son was bored after about 2 songs and hasn't played it again. Really just a piece of shovelware junk that I wouldn't recommend to anybody else.Buy Alvin & the Chipmunks!

Wii 15 in 1 Players Kit

I have to agree with the last reviewer. My mother-in-law bought this kit for us and the gun was a total waste. The "B" button won't work because the trigger in the gun doesn't move far enough to depress the button on the Wii remote. Grim Adventures Of Billy & Mandy

Cabela's Legendary Adventures

Good game in concept but the landscape turns black and white from the Zion Park stage on out. Everything else is color but the main part, the landscape, stays black and white which really makes it difficult to spot the game and totally takes away from the gaming experience as a whole. Another problem occurs when trying to cross checkpoints. The program keep sreturning you to the wrong starting position and won't let you go beyond. Too bad Hunting Unlimited 2008 isn't available on Wii because it is the best Hunting game I've yet to see hit the market. Save your money on this one though...unless you like playing 90% with a black and white landscape.Buy Cabela's Legendary Adventures!

Destroy All Humans: Big Willy Unleashed

The creator's of D.A.H. Have always been pretty good about adding new features to each of the new games. Path of Furon had some nice abilities on the 360 for stopping time.
In D.A.H: Big Willy Unleashed they added a big mechanical burger joint mascot. Which is very fun to use.
1. When Big Willy jumps he damages nearby objects when he lands.
2. He can pick up objects and throw them or swing them at enemies or nearby buildings.
3. He also has lasers that should out of his eyes and he burps up some nasty green green goo that burns all the victims it hits.
4. You can restore his health by grabbing nearby humans and opping there brains into his mouth. Willy is really invinsibile. He can be stopped but when he is fully drained of energy you just use the zap-o-matic to recharge him. As long as you constantly are eating human brains he can't be stopped.

I'm not sure what other abilities if any that he get's. I haven't really got that far into the game. You still get to use the trusty spaceship, but it's just not as fun. It can be disguised as a blimp though to hide from enemies.

Just remember this is based on only about 10% of game completion. I'm sure with more progress and more abilities to unlock that I will only continue to enjoy playing this game. Buy Destroy All Humans: Big Willy Unleashed!

Freddi Fish: Kelp Seed Mystery

This is a game about a fish that has to find his grandmothers' kelp treasure. First of all, it is only for one player, so not very much fun to have others watch you. Second, it is very very very very simple. My 5 year old played it for about 10 minutes, and then asked me if "Mom, does this game do anything else?"
