I have had this Workout for a week and a half and I haven't missed a day yet, which is saying a lot for me. It is so much fun that you don't even realize what an intense workout you are getting. After 47 minutes I looked at my calorie burn on my heart rate monitor and it was at 518 calories already burned. I was amazed.
The first couple of days, I was very sore, but I was drawn back to the workout due to the game feel to it. I wanted to see what else would open and how the lessons would change from day to day. They do definitely change and continually get harder, but not in such big increments that you can't keep up and continue enjoying the workout.
The one feature that I didn't like, was the jump rope in the exercise portion. If you twirl your wrist like you would to actually propel the rope you can't get it to sense that you are jumping. You need to hold your hand still and jump up and down as if skipping, but not turning the rope.
I also can't see where it tracks your weight. It does record it, but I haven't come across anywhere that it shows your progressive weight loss. It would also be nice if it took your weight directly from standing on the balance board like Wii Fit, but it doesn't you just have to enter your weight yourself.
